Hi 👋🏼, I am अनुप्रिया !
(Uh-nu-pri-yaah)
I am a UX Design graduate student at San Jose State University. I have always been excited about making. Semiconductor chips, apps I like, a handmade zine for a friend. The medium shifts based on the day, but what remains a constant is the joy it brings me to build something meaningful.
In my previous career, I was a semiconductor design engineer. My ability to create compact, power-efficient circuits and work on cross functional problems led to a patent granted by the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
My transition into product design stems from a deep desire to create a personal impact through products. UX and Product Design has been a great way to combine the creative and analytical sides of myself.
If I am not at school or working on a project, you can probably find me at the nearest roller rink or reading at the beach. I am also code curious and am currently teaching myself to code to better understand how digital products are built.
I am a maker at heart and am always looking to grow. If you’ve gotten this far, reach out and say hi!
EArworms.
Music that is probably looping in my mind this week!
